How does the coffee valve work?
The one-way exhaust valve controls the inflow and outflow of gas through a one-way relaxation film to ensure that the oxygen in the coffee packaging does not come into contact with the outside world. The carbon dioxide and other gases filled when the coffee is produced will gradually evaporate, causing the air pressure inside the packaging to continue to increase. When the air pressure exceeds the pressure of the one-way relaxation film, part of the gas will flow out of the packaging bag and play the role of exhaust. When the air pressure drops, the one-way film will prevent outside air from entering and keep the air pressure in the coffee package stable.
How to use the coffee valve correctly?
To make the coffee bag one-way valve work better, we need to pay attention to the following matters:
1. The exhaust valve should be placed at the top of the bag and not attached to the bottom of the bag.2. Before packaging the product, the coffee production air should be discharged cleanly and then sealed.
3. During storage and transportation, avoid squeezing and heavy pressure on the exhaust valve to prevent its failure.
